See Training Times for more details Chief Instructor - Sensei Mark Rands 5th Dan ![]() Sensei Rands demonstrates pressure points at a recent demonstration Kyo-Shin Karate clubs cater for all ages and abilities, we run three separate age groups, which enables us to teach in the right environment for children and adults alike. Kyo-Shin Red Rangers Specifically developed for children aged 4 to 7 years old, to teach core skills in a fun and learning environment, with the emphasis on respecting others. This class has been developed to enhance a child's confidence whilst developing co-ordination, self control and orientation. Kyo-Shin Juniors A class developed for children between 8 and 12 years of age, of all abilities from beginners to intermediate. Taking place in a fun learning environment. Kyo-Shin Seniors From 12 years to adult, this class encompasses all aspects of Shotokan Karate, Kyu Sho Jutsu (Pressure point techniques) and Ground fighting (MMA), in a safe and controlled environment. Governing Body ![]() Traditional Karate Great Britain Affiliation and Governing body As a karate club we are affiliated to "Kyo-Shin Karate Jutsu" (association, Chairman Mark Rands 5th Dan), which in turn is registered with the Traditional Karate Great Britain (Governing body). As individuals both Sensei Mark Rands 5th Dan and Sensei Gary Brandon 3rd Dan are registered with "English Karate Federation" and "Japan Karate Federation" via "Zanshin Kai Great Britain" © kyo-shin Karate Jutsu 2012. |
